LifeSpring Daily Devotional 21 April 2020 Tuesday

And the Egyptians made the children of Israel to serve with rigour: And they made their lives bitter with hard bondage in the field: all their service, wherein they made them serve, was with rigour. (Exodus 1:13-14)

Life is a two-way experience. The sweet and the bitter experience (Eccl 3:2-4). But God’s Ultimate agenda for His Children is to live a sweet and better life from bitterness. God programmed you and me to live a life that is free from oppression and hard bondage. God
created everything for man before He made man. God, first of all, created Eden and famished it before He created Adam. God will not create man before preparing a place for him, rather, He prepared a place before creating the man.

At salvation, God moved us from bitterness into sweetness. Jesus took away our infirmities so that we can live strong. He redeemed us from the hard bondage of the devil and placed us in his own vineyard of freedom and sweetness. In Colossians 1:13 says Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear son: This means that Jesus on Calvary moved us from bitterness to sweetness. He took the bitter wine so that we can drink the sweet wine. Friends! Bitterness is of the devil and he is the father of all lies. He (devil) came to steal, kill and destroy (John 10:10b)

The devil is a wicked devil, he will never give a good thing. Do not run to the devil for help because he does not have a solution to any problem in life God made man and not the devil that made man. If God created you, then He has your working Manual with Him. A manufacturer of a product is the person who knows how to operate the product better. When God created man in the garden of Eden. God looked and saw that everything He created was good. from my own Bible, there was no place and added bitterness to His creations. It is written that we are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14).

So God is not an author of bitterness, He is an author of sweetness. a permanent solution to darkness. Wickedness is real, oppression is real. but God’s power is supreme. The enemy might have planted bitterness in some business and make it not to
yield profit or even plant it in marriages and homes to cause disharmony, but I have good news for you, God has the solution. He is the God that maker all things beautiful in his time and season.

I pray for you that God will terminate every root of bitterness in your life in Jesus Name. As a child of God use the greatest weapon you have, is the name of Jesus. So call forth sweetness into your life and destiny. Jesus is the answer, and I pray for you that as you speak to every bitter situation, they will turn to sweetness

Every root of bitterness in my life and destiny, I terminate you now by the blood of Jesus

Now, I trust you must have been blessed by this devotional. Therefore, to maximize the benefit that is in Christ Jesus, you must, first of all, identify with Him. “O Lord God, I believe with all of my heart in Jesus Christ, your beloved Son. I believe He died because of me and was raised from the dead. He’s alive today and I confess Him (Jesus Christ) as the Lord over my life from this day.
